BEVERAGES & CUISINE

The Unlimited Open Bar beverage package is included on all Temptation Cruises and features:

  • Premium select cocktails and spirits
  • A variety of beers and wines by the glass
  • Unlimited soft drinks and juices
  • Complimentary water at all bars
  • 20% discount on bottles of wine and champagne

Note: The Unlimited Open Bar includes any single beverage up to $15 USD. It does not cover items from gift shops, minibars, or room service. Terms apply as per Norwegian Cruise Line’s beverage policy.

On Temptation Caribbean Cruises the restaurants included are: O’Sheehan’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill, Garden Café, Azura, Tsar’s Palace, The Great Outdoors, and Topsiders Bar & Grill.

Yes. Each order is subject to a $9.95 USD service charge plus 20% gratuity.

Effective July 18, 2025, sales tax applies to eligible food, beverage, and retail purchases while the ship is docked in a U.S. port or sailing within 3–12 miles of the U.S. coastline.

For Norwegian Cruise Line guests, this may include sales tax or VAT on beverages, even with packages like More At Sea. These taxes are mandated by local authorities and are not set by the cruise line.

  • U.S. ports: state and city taxes apply in port or territorial waters.
  • Miami/Florida: Current combined rate 7%.
  • Beverage packages: taxes calculated on the retail value of each drink.
  • Onboard notices: posted at bars and in the Freestyle Daily when taxes apply.
  • Gratuities: beverage packages include a mandatory 20% gratuity and service charge at the time of purchase.

EMBARKATION & DOCUMENTATION

Boarding is typically between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Disembarkation is between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Times are subject to change—you’ll get all the details closer to your sailing date.

Arrival times and pier info will be shared before departure. Please don’t arrive early—you won’t be allowed to check in before your designated time.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & REWARDS

About 45 days before your cruise, you’ll get your final confirmation and cruise number. Then:

  • Pre-book extras like specialty dining, spa services, Wi-Fi, excursions, etc.
  • Online check-in opens 21 days before sailing.
  • You’ll choose your boarding time, receive documents, and print luggage tags.

No. Temptation Cruises are not swinger cruises. They provide a lifestyle-friendly environment for adults, regardless of labels.

Yes. Temptation Cruises offers au naturel and top optional areas onboard. Guests can enjoy these spaces at their own comfort level.

Access is reserved for couples only. We ask that all guests respect the space, including its rules on discretion, mutual respect, and privacy.

Yes. While the overall atmosphere is relaxed, dinner hours follow a “cruise casual” or “smart casual” dress code. Swimwear, tank tops, and T-shirts are not permitted in restaurants during dinner. Shorts are allowed only in the buffet.

While these workshops are designed with couples in mind, they are open to everyone looking to discover something new and thrilling.

Photography and video are not allowed in au naturel & top optional areas, the playtime room, workshops, or during theme nights. In all other areas, be respectful of others’ privacy before snapping away.

ONBOARD FACILITIES

There are 2 pools, 4 Jacuzzis, and 6 hydromassage tubs onboard the Jewel and Pearl ships.

The ship is non-smoking, but you’ll find designated smoking areas outside, including Deck 13 forward.

No self-service laundry or irons (safety first). Laundry service is available for a fee.
