4. What time is boarding and disembarkation?

Boarding is typically between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Disembarkation is between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Times are subject to change—you’ll get all the details closer to your sailing date.

5. When should I arrive at the terminal?

Arrival times and pier info will be shared before departure. Please don’t arrive early—you won’t be allowed to check in before your designated time.

10. How does online check-in work?

About 45 days before your cruise, you’ll get your final confirmation and cruise number. Then:

Pre-book extras like specialty dining, spa services, Wi-Fi, excursions, etc.
Online check-in opens 21 days before sailing.
You’ll choose your boarding time, receive documents, and print luggage tags.

13. Are singles allowed?

Temptation Grand Cruises is a couples-only experience. All areas and activities are curated specifically for two.

This experience has been carefully designed for couples—whether heterosexual, gay, or lesbian—who wish to share a unique journey filled with fun and true connection. Everything on board, from the activities to the atmosphere, is crafted to strengthen the bond between couples in an environment that reflects the provocative, energetic, and liberating Temptation Grand Cruises vibe.

To preserve this balance, we reserve the right to deny boarding or request disembarkation of individuals who, although booked as a couple, do not fully meet this requirement. Our priority is to maintain an atmosphere that’s true to the Temptation Grand Cruises concept: exclusive, free-spirited, and genuinely for couples.

14. Is this a swinger cruise?

No. Temptation Grand Cruises is not a swinger cruise. It’s a lifestyle-friendly environment created for open-minded couples, regardless of labels.

15. Is the cruise clothing-optional?

Yes. Temptation Grand Cruises offers clothing-optional areas onboard. Guests are free to enjoy these spaces at their own comfort level.

16. Is the Playroom open to all guests?

Temptation Grand Cruises is exclusively for couples, and so is the Playroom. Access is reserved for couples only, and we ask that all guests respect the rules of the space, including discretion, mutual respect, and privacy.

17. Is there a dress code for dinner?

Yes. While the overall atmosphere is relaxed, dinner hours follow a “cruise casual” or “smart casual” dress code. Swimwear, tank tops, and T-shirts are not permitted in restaurants during dinner. Shorts are allowed only in the buffet.

18. Are the workshops open to everyone?

Workshops vary in topic and audience. Some are designed for all couples, while others may have limited access. Check the Daily Program onboard for availability.

19. Can I take photos on board?

Photography and video are not allowed in clothing-optional areas, the Playroom, workshops, or during theme nights. In all other areas, be respectful of others’ privacy before snapping away.

ONBOARD FACILITIES

20. How many pools are there?

There are 2 pools, 4 Jacuzzis, and 6 hydromassage tubs onboard the Jewel and Pearl ships.

21. Where can I smoke?

The ship is non-smoking, but you’ll find designated smoking areas outside, including Deck 13 forward.

22. Is there laundry service?

No self-service laundry or irons (safety first). Laundry service is available for a fee.
